A morning fishing in the area of exclusivity for artisanal fishermen. For over 10 years, artisanal fishermen have observed the systematic poverty fishery resources that are evident on the coast of Chile. Today, hopefully they can capture 2 or 3 pieces for a morning of fishing. This morning only capture a piece for each boat.
